The hotel was very convenient and perfect for what we had planned. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel.

They even went the extra mile by leaving a handwritten note for me, which was a lovely personal touch. Secondly, the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the extra space for extended stays. Lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the day. I also found the hotel's convenient location close to many restaurants and shopping to be a major plus. this hotel offers great value for money, with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and complimentary breakfast.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering excellent service and making you feel right at home. The basic amenities are all provided, and the rooms are spacious and perfect for extended stays. The comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep, and the complimentary breakfast is a wonderful bonus to start your day.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The complimentary breakfast and kickback hour were fantastic, offering a great variety of food and drinks. The availability of a shuttle business to and from the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion was a huge bonus for me as a disabled traveler. The location of the property was ideal, with easy access to the interstate. The staff were helpful and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, I appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and offered accommodations for my furry friend. The two-sided pool was a unique and fun feature as well. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great Christmas stay with two amazing freebies, breakfast and popcorn. The hotel location was perfect, located near great restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby area was always clean and the two-sided pool was really cool. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies.

The unpleasant smell by the hotel doors that we noticed every time we walked outside. It smelled like garbage or feces, and it was so bad that we had to hold our breath every time.
